Are Purchases Taxed?
Tax is calculated only on items bought from Quadratos and shipped to New Mexico. Items purchased through Zazzle have a different tax calculation.

Your Receipt
After your order is complete and Paypal, Venmo, or your credit card company approve your purchase, you will be returned to the Quadratos Shop where you will see an online confirmation. You will also receive an email receipt from PayPal, Venmo, or your credit card company as well as one from the Quadratos Shop sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive an email receipt within a few minutes of your order, please check your spam folder. Please see our policies for more information.

Downloads
After purchasing a PDF to be downloaded, you will receive three emails: 

1. Receipt from PayPal, Venmo, or your Credit Card company. 
2. Receipt from the Quadratos Online Store.
3. Online Store Confirmation that contains the download link(s). 

Please click the link(s) and wait for the download to begin. Depending on your server speed, downloads may take 3-5 minutes to complete.
